About The Event
This presentation will explore the emerging digital twin technology for buildings. This pairing of the virtual and physical worlds allows analysis of data and monitoring of systems to head off issues before they occur, uncover new energy savings opportunities, and plan for future events.
These solutions can provide a "single pane of glass" through which disparate systems such as building automation, lighting, fire alarm, security, and elevators are integrated. The challenges of these integrations will be explored as well as practical issues like avoidance of "analysis paralysis,” real-time database management, data-tagging, and model upkeep.
CEU/PDH credits will be available.
