Subject Matter:

Energy storage and distributed generation (CHP, solar PV and other renewables) play a pivotal role in New York State’s Reforming the Energy Vision (REV), providing New Yorkers with cleaner, cost-effective, and more reliable energy systems. In addition to the strong interest in microgrids spurred on by the NY-Prize Program, individual building owners and operators are showing increased interested in exploring integrated on-site generation and energy storage.

This session will provide Energy Engineers with the latest information on New York State and New York City activities that can support the installation of integrated distributed generation and energy storage.
